Equipment overview: CBJ30S crawler type furnace dismantling machine is used in steelmaking plants to remove 80-150T converter lining refractory, drill and expand the tap hole of the converter and clean the slag at the furnace mouth. It is driven by diesel engine or electric motor. The oil pump provides hydraulic oil to each actuator for work, equipped with hydraulic hammer, reaming drill bit, etc., under the radiation temperature of 300 ℃ in the converter, the converter lining is quickly removed to clean the furnace mouth and furnace cap steel slag, which can be easily and quickly replaced. Drilling tool to rapidly drill and expand the tap hole at a high temperature of 1200°C in the converter tap hole
